Mr. Reeves has served as primary counsel in over twenty-five civil appeals and in civil trials conducted throughout the State of Alaska

Presentations

Mr. Reeves has chaired and lectured in numerous programs, university seminars and other conferences in Alaska continuously since 1971, on subjects including Alaska public lands law, mining law, environmental law, coastal zone management, wetlands regulation, regulation of contaminated sites, land use regulation, public trust doctrine, state administrative law, and trial procedure.

He has also served as an expert witness on environmental law and land use issues in Alaska legal proceedings.
