Alaska public lands law, mining law, environmental law, coastal zone management,
wetlands regulation, regulation of contaminated sites, land use regulation,
public trust doctrine, state administrative law, and trial procedure.
He has
also served as an expert witness on environmental law and land use issues in
Alaska legal proceedings.
