- The Trademark Group leader is Allen Greenberg, a world-renowned
trademark expert, particularly in the area of international trademark
law. Mr. Greenberg was in the legal department of The Coca-Cola Company
for over 20 years, where he spent periods as the Company’s Senior
Trademark Counsel, Senior Litigation Counsel, Senior Marketing Counsel,
General Counsel of Company Bottling Operations and as Assistant General
Counsel. Most recently, he was a partner in the law firm of King &
Spalding.
- The recently created Greenberg Trademark Institute at Franklin
Pierce Law Center in Concord, New Hampshire, is named in honor of Mr.
Greenberg. The Institute is the first U.S.-based academic organization
dedicated to the examination of current and anticipated issues in
international trademark law. It is expected to serve as the epicenter of
publication, discussion and debate on international trademark policy and
legislation.
- He has taught trademark law as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Emory
University School of Law since 1989. Among his many honors, Allen was
recently elected to a 3-year term as the United States Delegate to the
Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property. He is also Vice
Chairman of the Intellectual Property Commission of the International
Chamber of Commerce.
- The firm represents numerous internationally recognized trademarks

CHURCH'S, SEATTLE'S BEST COFFEE, CINNABON, HOOTERS, SUNTERRA, NESTEA and
