Professional Experience

Mr. Davenport is a director in the Santa Fe office. His practice is in the Litigation Department concentrated in the areas of employment and commercial litigation, torts, medical malpractice and real estate law. He is also a trained mediator and a member of the Lex Mundi College of Mediators.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Davenport was a law clerk to the Honorable Howard C. Bratton, U.S. District Judge, District of New Mexico, from 1976 to 1978.
